I purchased these boots to complete a Star Wars "Obi-Wan" costume and they worked out great. I'm a usual size 11 1/2 - 12 in shoes and the Large 12/13 boots fit really good with a pair of good socks. Plus, I added some Dr. Scholl's "gel" soles for added comfort.

I chose the "brown" and I think they look great , the zippers work well , their pretty well put together for $40

I intend to use these again and again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a well made costume boot
