Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return trakking number (RMA) to us in their original condition*within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Lingerie and Swim Wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Return Procedure

Sign In to your account, proceed to your order history and choose the item(s) you wish to return and complete the online returns form. You will then recieve an e-mail with further information and your return trakking number (RMA).

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact our Customer Service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Return Conditions:

You have the possibilety to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Lingerie and Swim-Wear), and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made through our online return system, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). Once you have cancelled your order and gotten your return information and trakking number (RMA) by E-Mail, the goods should be returned to the address a stated in your RMA E-Mail, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

All returns are subject to review by our returns department and pending their approval of the return according to the return policy the refunded amount is set.

Standard Return
For a standard return the refund is for the returned item only.

Free Shipping Orders
For orders with free shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded for returned items.

Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Undeliverable Packages
Where packages are returned to us marked "Return to Sender", unclaimed, refused or returned without sufficient postage, any extra charges occuring because of this will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Payment Method
Some of the available refund payment methods might come with deductable payment transfeer costs.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
